I haven't visited the kettlebells in a couple of weeks but if you're offering up kegger swings, I'll wait for those!! Did the Kettlebells last night after racquetball. That will kick your azz! We will save some for you!

Managed 12, 20 and 20 this morning. Definitely need to add the "hefeweizen set(s)" after work before my trek to OKC!! I didn't add any push ups. ... I just didn't eat much today!

As a Guiness lover, I believe you. Skip the chips and salsa snack, have a Guiness instead! Drinking your calories, liquid diets have their merits.

Hefeweizen is my spinach. I did sets of 20, 23, 20 and 20 this morning. 83 is by 2012 daily high total, and I feel pretty good. I had a footlong cold cut combo from Subway for lunch. Added a nice bottle of water and about to take down a Monster Rehab....only 10 calories, not evil enough.  Now to finish this case and see about getting a new ATM planned! If not for the cold, rainy mess we have going on, I'd hit the bike this afternoon.
