Hello -

Can someone confirm if there have been any regulation changes to the FACT Act and Inegrity Policy ( Section 312) since July of last year? I can not find that any updates or changes were made but thought I better double check.

Well, considering FACTA was an amendment to the FCRA, I doubt that there will ever be any changed made to FACTA. If you are asking if any further changes have been made to that section of the FCRA, there are none that I know of.
