I'm hoping that being on crutches and getting in and out of the wheelchair has strengthened my arms quite a bit. I definitely see more muscle definition on my arms than I've ever had before, so that's exciting.

One day soon I will be able to put weight on the leg and try some modified pushups and jump back into this challenge. Unlike Matt, I'm not even gonna TRY and catch up.

3 sets of 50 for me today. Mainly because the math is easy.

Tomorrow we'll be a third of the way through the days! Lots 'o pushups to go though.

By the end of the year we'll be approaching Chuck Norris status in that we won't be pushing up, we'll collectively be pushing the Earth down

Do you do tricep dips with your wheelchair?? That'd be fun/funny.

Oh he actively pursues new things. I've seen him in action, he's the Jeff Corwin of insects/small reptiles, and anything else that could be considered creepy or crawly! He gets really excited, it's quite amusing.

No doubt he would like the swamp. When ya'll were in FL, it was kinda like being in one...tropical is tropical after all. All sorts of wonderous things crawling around.

Mani--I think you really would have like the crab spider. It had a face on its back that looked like eyes....

One night I felt something crawling on me and I smooshed it in the dark, ran into the bathroom and brushed it into the sink. It kind of looked like a cockroach except it was too soft so I don't know what it was.

The wife did step on a cockroach during the night. She picked it up with a paper towel and put it in the trash. She told me about it the next day and I went looking for it--it was gone! I eventually found it by the sliding glass door and it was still alive. I used the newspaper to scoop it up and it threw up some dark goo on the paper. I let it go outside--didn't want it in the condo with us.

cockroaches are freaks of nature....

Freak, what you squished may have been a 'german' roach. Softer bodied and smaller and lighter in color, but shaped like a cockroach. Complete nusiances, these ones are.

I think that one was my favorite of all the pics you shared.
