We recently moved into a new building (2 blocks away). The new address is listed in our Public File, however, I am wondering how you would document the move? Just a simple memo stating we closed the doors on location A and opened the doors on location B with the applicable dates? I have not dealt with this before, and the last time there was any branch change was 10 years ago...nothing is in the file about it.
