Everybody has those set-backs (except BBB, but he's not a real person anyway), and sometimes it's best to just indulge and get it out of your system instead of taking a tidbit here and there every time you pass someone's candy dish etc.

Last night I had a couple of pieces of a frozen pizza, an hour or so after I had my actual dinner...but I could have eaten the leftover half if I'd let myself!

That's what I figure too. Eating a piece of candy wasn't quenching it so I decided to go B I G and get sick on the richness of it. I prolly won't want anything sweet for a month!!

And BTW, I don't really burp. I find it offensive and un-ladylike.

Could always try a sugar-free, low fat frozen yogurt with some fresh fruit on it. Trick yourself into believing it's bad for you!

Heehee, the 'ice cream; in my sundae was sugar free vanilla yogurt. Can't say much good about the hot fudge though!

That's awesome, having someone to go along is more motivational for both of you, safer if you're outside, and will push you to improve more. Assuming the person is of similar or slightly higher ability than yourself.

I'd run with someone, but nobody I like around here would actually do it with me!

Ok, so I posted last night. My wife was in the room as I was taking the picture and asked "What in the world are you doing?" When I explained that people were posting bicep pictures for the pushup challenge on Facebook she laughed at me. She did enjoy looking at everybody's pictures though. She thinks that the challenge is awesome and a great way to get all of us exercising and moving towards getting in shape.

It's a theme, people's significant others laughing at them for posting their muscle pics online! I was scrolling through and she asked what I was looking at. I told her and she was like "I hope you didn't..."

Pulled up the picture and said "Look at that cannon! BOOOOM!" I didn't see it, but know she rolled her eyes at me.

My legs put my arms to shame, both in muscle definition and quantity of hair! Too bad they're so obscenely white.

That's what happens up here in the Great White North unfortunately. At least when we wear shorts in the spring we won't ever be lost at night (because of the glow from our legs)
