Are you asking to have them, work them, see them or feel them? The distinction could be important before everyone answers!  Yes. Managed 200 inclined pushups during my conference call - best I can do in my small office space. That's back on the wagon, right?

OK, I measured myself last ngiht. In two months, I've lost one inch in my hips and 1 inch in my waist  It's nto much, but's something.

Put on a tee yesterday with fitted sleeves and it was too tight on my guns. Guess I'll have to pass that shirt down to my daughter to wear.

Last week of indoor volleyball is this week, outdoor doesn't start until May, which is a shame since it's so nice out! But, ususally it's still in the 30's or 40's when we start, so not their fault the weather is being so friendly.
