That's what little Froofy did yesterday morning. Oh and planks this morning? She thought it was time to play ball. Kind of hard planking on one elbow and tossing the ball down the hall.

Good idea--I need to practice those 'cuz my max is 2 minutes and then I'm hurting! Actually, I was skimming through FB on the Kindle and Froofy kept bouncing her ball off the screen.

I initiated a push up challenge with the gals here at work. Today will be our first day.
Gotta get these peeps motivated!! We did this here and I'm not entirely displeased so far. 6 started. 4 are still doing pushups, 1 has started the C25K in addition to the pushups and 1 has gone full tilt runner, cycling and stair climber. He's lost about 40lbs this year!
