You get paid every other Wednesday?

We had a year where there were 27 pays. Since there was an "extra" pay, they reduced our bi-weekly checks to make up the difference.

Every other Thursday, but since the 1/1/2015 holiday is a pay thursday, the are paying us on 12/31/2014.

I mean, I know it all works out to be the same, but like teej said, they divide the salaried workers pay by 27 instead of 26 so it makes it seem like no raise.

i have to change the channels whenever those commericals come on - it breaks my heart to see those sad puppy eyes.

They were playing one with Silent Night as the background music. Now when I hear that song, I see sad puppies in my head. That's so not fair!
