Battle ropes are great!! Now you need to get a sledge hammer and a tire!

We run stations of
1.Battle ropes
2.Sledge swings
3.Tire flips

You do 30 seconds at a station, run to the next one. You complete a circut and take 30 sec of rest, then go again.
To be honest, I havent done more than 5 circuits and it feels like [bleep]! But it will sure get rid of any frustrations or aggression you've got goin on!

I think I met Jen once, but it was long ago in a place far away called Plano or something like that. Anyway, I survived the encounter! I don't recall any glitter. Thankfully there was no challenge to an upper body strength contest!

BBB, I'm taking a lesson from my pup. If someone tells you to stop digging, blow them off. If they physically stop you from digging, spend 15 minutes trying to sneak around them to get back to that particular spot you really want to dig in. If they pick you up and try to take you inside...just stop trying because they're probably going to give you a treat soon!

Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I'm back to work part time. 4 hours per day for a while. I'm finding that crutches for short distances and crutches to wheelchair to car to wheelchair to crutches over and over and over is giving me a good arm workout every day! I can feel muscles hardening day by day. I'm thrilled to be "back out in the world" and the nicer (relatively) weather is cheering me up a bit. Have a great weekend!
