If you don't like burpees, they are also called squat-thrusts by some...but that's a less fun name! I hate when I get to the end of my workout, am wiped, then realize I either haven't started or still have some of my push-ups left to do. Not as much as realizing I forgot right before I go to bed though PP - Can you understand morse code?? Maybe your friend's shoulder is trying to communicate?

It could be bad. It could also indicate bad form (shoulders not packed, elbows flared out). It could also mean you need to scale back the type of push-up to reduce the load. And if you knew me you would know that my arms are pushing up quite the load. Actually, along with the rotator cuff tear the imaging showed a subluxated and flattened biceps tendon so I am thinking that may be the source of the sound.

Ok, all you BOL'er Pushup-Doer types: drop and give me 49!!!! Today is day 49 of the challenge. How are we doing? I did half of mine this morning, will do the other half tonight. It's starting to stress my shoulder so I may have to look for some modification (torn rotator cuff last year) to ease up the pressure on the shoulder.

I did 30 this morning...I, too, have to be careful of my shoulder, so I make sure to hold everything in close and so far, so good!

I did 3 sets of 15 girly pushups this morning. I break them up with a minute or two of easy stretching.

I missed a few days while on vacation, but I'm back on track. I did 55 today, split in three sets.
I've had shoulder problems in the past, but I read that you should keep your hands directly under your chest and your elbows tight to your body. I haven't had any pain so far.

50 first thing this morning. Tomorrow is the big decision day. Do I push the shoulders to 51 in a set or do one set of 50 and one set of 1? Let your concience be your guide.

If you did one (1) pushup and its one more than you did yesterday, then you've done well! So 30 girly pushups is doing just fine!
