The cricket in my office is driving me batty. If I find him, he will be killed and left on the floor as a warning to all crickets who enter.

That may be appropriate as bats have been know to eat crickets

We keep bearded dragons and we periodically have escaped crickets singing away in the house. The worst is when they get into my bathroom, particularly down the tub drain. Those suckers ECHO.

Although not as bad as the one who got into an elevator shaft at one of the banks I was in. I truly expected, based on the noise, for the elevator doors to open and an 8-foot cricket to emerge.

I get peepers in the columns on my front porch...they sound like your 8' crickets inside of those things!

When can I go back to working on just my own tasks and not this extra role I've picked up. Oy! I'd love a 40 hour work week again.

i usually knock out my 40 hours by Wednesday...no reason to wait all 5 days to get it...that gives me 2 days of "any and other duties as assigned" to take care of...
