That's probably it. They were more prevelant than the big crunchy ones. And we sometimes saw them during the daytime.

Yes, and until they take up residence, they fly all over the place...once they fly in and set up a household? You are done. Horrible creatures.

This was a long morning for some reason. My shoulders wanted to quit at 25 pushups. But I made it. 3 sets of 50. :ick:

My right shoulder is protesting today. I may partially listen to it.

I only have 25 of mine done for the day...need to figure out when to do the rest!

I dont mind telling that "tomorrow" almost became the answer to that question for me.

Tomorrow is upper-body weights day. I don't have it in me to do an extra 100 pushups on top of what I already have to do!

I'll get them done tonight, one way or another. Before I go play some volleyball hopefully.

I'd do it at work, but my body has a really touchy gas pedal (insert flatulence joke here), and it's already warm in here. I'd break a sweat before I got to 15!

Yeah, I tend to do squats and deadlifts when no one else is in the weight room. All that extra pressure.......well, you just never know.

Thankfully, that's not a problem! I just go from normal to boiling with minimal effort!

I haven't done my pushups or the ab challenge we're doing at work. My boss thought I should attend the New COSO Framework Update Webcast. I sat in on one last year. Jabbing an icepick into my temples or eye sockets would be less painful than this webcast.

Guess I'll try to bang out my pushups. At least I'll be on the floor and will be able to hear the webcast better from the computer's internal speaker.

And maybe you could just stay down there and take a nap too.

This was lies. I did no other pushups yesterday!

Caught those up this morning, and got 50 into today's set...need to get the rest done tonight!

Thinking about buying the TRX (or possibly a cheaper version). The few times I've gotten to do it, I have really loved the workout.

If we EVER get into this new house, I plan on putting one in my basement. Feel free to come over and use it anytime!
