Not trying to be negative...i just don't like making promises that i can't or won't keep.

You're waffling.
That's understandable considering how long you've had this habit.
But that's just it.

You can make a new habit to replace this bad one.
Go back and look at how you titled this thread.

The only thing standing between you and doing what you said you needed advice on doing is your own resolve.
