How about the cured doctor who is now healthy and traveling the country giving blood to the affected people. Should he not travel by plane since he was exposed? Now that he is carrying the Ebola antibodies is he technically Ebola an Ebola carrier? Isn't he like someone who has had chickenpox? He can't get it or give it, but he has developed an amunity to it? I would think so but by the CDC guidelines he needs to stay off public transport as he is Ebola exposed
