Am I the only one who despises music in a restaurant?

Breakfast by myself this morning and they seat me next to screaming kids ( I have my own at home ) and directly under a speaker blasting Taylor Swift.

Norman, they clearly want you to eat quickly and get out!

could be that they were trying to be nice and seating you in an area that the Taylor swift music would be drowned out.

My Mom is going to NOLA for a concert this weekend and I'm not real excited about her being in an urban environment where protests are likely happening.

What's it like on the ground around the SuperDome?

on the ground in the superdome I would expect to find a lot of footballs due to dropped passes and fumbles.

also according to some recent news photos I would expect knee deep trash from tailgaters.

The tornado sirens just went off. We got a chance to practice our emergency procedures. We flunked. The people that work in the basement all came upstairs to look out the windows.

Down at the river yesterday, this really hairy older man [Peeps dad, maybe] was bathing, or at least washing his hair and uber long beard. Some things you cannot unsee. !!

I live alone yet I still close the bathroom door

taking a walk yesterday and as I'm getting near home I'm noticing a sort of crunching kind of sound

I'm thinking something broke down in the soles of my shoes or I have some rocks stuck in them

I get home and take off my shoes to discover holes in my socks by my big toes

it would seem those toe nails were too long and were scraping on the inside of my shoes

luckily the other toe nails had curled over and didn't pose a problem, it's those hard big toe nails that are the issue

When did you start wearing shoes? Go barefoot and the concrete/pavement will keep your nails worn down.
