Yanny or Laurel? I hear clearly- Laurel. This is weird.

I heard Yanny and my husband heard Laurel. He said he listened to it again the next day and heard Yanny.

If you listen closely, both names are said in different frequencies. Depending on your ears, you get a different name.

My wife and I both hear Yanny. On the news, when they eliminated all higher pitched sounds, we could hear Laurel. But with all frequencies in the playback, we only heard Yanny. I was relieved, as I could see this being the source of a long argument.

Same here, Brain. But it seems yanny is definitely in the minority.

I hear Yanny. I've tried to listen for Laurel and don't hear it at all.

I've listed on both computer and iPad. I hear Laurel on both. I did find a tool where you can adjust the wavelength frequency and at some point on the slider, I can hear Yanny. But in its natural state, I absolutely only hear laurel.

It's two different recordings on top of each other. Just turn up the treble/highs & turn down the bass/lows to hear one and do the opposite to hear the other.

I'm the exact opposite.
