Jimmy John's delivered free samples today to the bank for at least the third time since they opened a few months ago. I'm hoping the new liquor store being built across the street does the same.

I just read in Consumer Reports that there is a recall on some Keurigs which presents a scalding hazard. Keurig's website has the info.

I saw that, the recall is on the mini brewer, the K10. Bank has the Deluxe 2.0 for lots of cups of joe.

Today marks the one year anniversary of the sinkhole that opened up and swallowed 8 corvettes at the Corvette Museum. Obviously that's a big deal here.

Our first Popeye's opened this week. Apparently the line has been massive. It's great that it's on a busy road, and has actually backed up traffic on that road at night.

I hope everyone enjoys the chicken! Chicken? That's what they have, right?

Of all fast food fried chicken, I like Popeye's the best. However, I would not wait in a line for it.

Tried Popeye's while living in the Chicago area. KFC for me.

We got a new Popeye's here a few months ago. I didn't think it was terrible, but couldn't see what all the fuss was about. There were 3 of us, who all ordered something different. The color of every bit of food we had was some variation of beige. Pretty sure that means this didn't qualify as health food!
