We make chicken tacos as well but we do the chicken in the crock pot with some taco seasoning and salsa. I do carnitas in the crockpot using salsa verde and a cheap pork roast and it's to die for! Do you use chicken breasts in the crockpot?

Saw a food truck in my town for the 1st time last night. Would have grabbed some if I had the money. We are not a very big town so I had never seen one before. Cost was about 2 times normal fast food.

I find myself typing a lot of comments lately and deleting them before hitting "submit" ... the comments seem benign in my head but after reading them on the screen, not so much

Had a dream this morning that the sonar button on my minisub kept malfunctioning and my co-pilot would keep talking till I pushed the button the reset it. 6 snooze button pushes later my head cleared enough top realize what was really happening. Always nice to star the week late to work. O_o

My Hawaiian sister in law sent me a recipe for a delicious-sounding Hawaiian pork dish, but I can't find the lid to my Crockpot and wife and daughter swear they haven't seen it either.  I want to make this dish, it sounds so good! It's called Kalua pig.

Dani, I'm sorry to say I do not love the Sonic green apple slush with Jolly Ranchers. However, the cranberry with PopRocks is awesome!

It was 88 yesterday. Today is going to be 86. And the heat is cranking full blast in my office  We're at 77.8 and climbing....

My door got closed for a conference call. It's now 82.4 83.9 and still climbing. I don't wear boxers, so I think their plan is sterilization.....
