I have five homes (with dogs) that I sit for periodically. Perhaps expanding that to include households with horses would be a good way to make extra $$?

Things didn't get expensive until we decided to stop the reciprocating dog-sitting arrangement. Lost some friends out of the deal too, but apparently they were shallow and using us for dog-sitting services.

Now the dogs get to go to a resort when we leave town. In-ground pool, trampoline, only the finest.

So, my husband sends me a text this morning that says, roughly "I've been approved for an apt, my last month in the house will be June". Now, mind you - our marriage seemed to be pretty good, so I was caught pretty much off guard.

Come to find out, that was a message he copied and pasted from the person who rents our other house. A simple "the following is from Bobby,..." or something similar would have saved a lot of worry/grief.

Thankfully, I figured I must be misunderstanding something and called him at work and said "what's up with the text message?". He later called me at work and apologized... said he went back and re-read it and realized it looked bad.
