We have a list of 5 residential real estate appraisers (in three different offices) we use for rotation. We checked who was going to be in fall break week (October 5-9) and there is one appraiser who will be in the office that week. Wow!

My wife and I randomly went and looked a house on Saturday. We ended up liking it. It offers more living and storage space than we have now. Now we need to decide if we want to pursue  We just moved a year and half ago.

TRID is the best thing ever. It's really helped me catch up on my drinking. Oh, and our LOS has handled it wonderfully... If only I could get at least a 30yr freddie (or any loan type for that matter) with a compliant LE we'd be all set.
Time to go sniff some glue.
