I left a bag of almonds on my desk and walked away. When I had come back someone (thinking they were being humorous) put a Post-It note on the bag with "YOUR NUTS!" written on it. Grammatically I believe they intended to write "you're." Your nuts has a totally different meaning.

A friend of mine used to have a blanket app mare that had a spot shaped like a skull & crossbones. Having ridden her several times, I found it appropriate that she came with a warning label.

I kind of like the lemon Girl Scout cookies but find them a bit trickier to eat. It takes at least two bites.

Now, the shortbreads, peanut butter patties, peanut butter sandwiches and thin mints are bite size, just pop one in your mouth. It's also convenient that the thin mints, the shortbreads and peanut butter sandwiches come in single serving sleeves.

Daylight savings time, one of the two times of the year that everyone notices if I don't complete one of my tasks on time. It's like a dang catastrophe if the time on the big digital clock outside isn't updated by the time people start rolling in to work. Two calls and four emails at 8:30 reminding me. Like I've ever forgotten! (DST is a compliance issue by the way)

Why must people clip their fingernails at work? Surely one cannot be too busy to do that at home over the weekend. I can understand clipping 1 broken nail but to do your regular grooming at work is very strange to me.

I confess: I've been known to clip my toenails on occasion.
