My grandmother use to use saccharine tablets. Thanks for the trip down memory lane, BB. She also put garlic sold on popcorn and I LOVED that!

A cookbook I recently received called for using an asbestos pad to diffuse heat on the cooktop! I can't even imagine. We used asbestos covered screens to diffuse the heat from the Bunsen burners in my high school chemistry class. They worked great!

LOL - that would be my fault Wolfy... and a trunk sale is "A trunk sale or show is an event in which vendors present merchandise directly to store personnel or customers at a retail location or another venue."
Now I gotta look up "trunk monkey" LOL Cool learned something new. ^_^ I wonder if a drunk trunk monkey would be covered by the initial purchase warranty!?!?
