We send all of our customers imaged statements. Do we need to provide our customers with an initial disclosure??

Is there different model language for the disclosure we need to give for returned substitute checks??

Sorry if any of this has been covered, I just got throw in to the Check 21 committee and am trying to play catch up.

No, only if you provide a substitute check to a consumer. But you may want to send an informational type brochure.

Is there different model language for the disclosure we need to give for returned substitute checks??
