We are attempting to put together a Check Kiting Policy and SOP and need to start from the ground up. Does anyone have a sample they might be willing to share? The all-knowing Google let me down. Also, does anyone recommend a good banking resource site for such things for future use? I remember there being a website where Institutions got together to share these type of things, but I cannot recall the name of the site.

Any suspected kiting activity will result in the immediate closure of the account. Close account, send a check for the remaining balance along with the account closure letter.

Agree with Randy, I don't see the point of one. As for sites to request things like this, CBANC is a good one, it's free to join.
