When I was a kid literally everywhere was a smoke box and today I can eat food indoors and fly in a plane without coughing. Heck we were fine with letting someone die doing something stupid instead of putting a warning label on it. Congrats to China, that is impressive, we should attempt something similar. Science could could teach our kids to understand that the sex organ a person has determines their ability to have a child.

I like the way life has changed in my area of the pale blue dot, it's nice. Way before my time they put cocaine in medicines and thought blood letting was top notch. I dig new technology and can see past the growing pains.

The largest difference in time between two counties is 26 hours. Baker Islands is -12 UTC, while Kiribati is +14. So that means 11 pm on a Saturday night on Baker is 1 am Monday morning on Kiribati. The poor folks just completely lost Sunday! lol

The real mind job is that they're only about 3 miles apart. Wouldn't want to cross the border for work!

I'm drinking my coffee in a mug my daughter bought me for Father's Day a couple years ago that says, "Best Dad by Par" with a golf flag and a ball heading toward the hole. Word play - I get it, but to read it literally, doesn't that simply mean I'm down right average?

And I don't play golf. Don't even own a set of clubs!

Now you got me thinking. My daughter got me a coffee mug that says "Yoda Best Dad Ever." Does that mean I'm cuckolded by a little green puppet?

Well, both of you are ahead of me: I got a coffee cup from my adult kids that says "feckin' eejit". You don't need to be Irish to know that one!
