What documentary or non-documentary methods do you use??
Looking to possibly put together a list for staff, as this isn’t stated anywhere internally at the bank.

Documentary would be a government issued ID. Non-documentary might include a number of things, if the address they provided is different than their ID, including the requirement of them providing a current utility bill, rental agreement, etc.

As Randy said, we require a government issued ID. If the address on their ID is different than their current address, then we require proof of address. We have a list of documents that are acceptable for proof of address and they are listed in our CIP procedures. The list we currently use includes current utility bills, rental agreements, etc. and was put together using the same list accepted by the BMV.
