Hi all!

We are re-vamping and updating our list of documents we require the member to sign or be given. Obviously this will change based on what we require internally as well, but does anyone have a list of required disclosures or documents for HELOCs, Construction, and Home Equity loans? I cannot find a list anywhere and I think we are over disclosing or providing documents not necessary such as Appraiser Independence Requirement Acknowledgement.

Thank you!

They don't include items like the USA Patriot Act or Esign. I am looking for a complete list that ties all regulations together - if that makes sense.

There are no specific Patriot Act disclosures, as that information can be disclosed in a number of ways, including a sign on the loan officer's desk. I am not sure what you mean by an E-Sign disclosure, as anything that you do from an E-Sign demonstrable consent standpoint would involve electrons and not paper. As Dan said, BCC has some very good charts regarding loan disclosures. If it not related to a lending regulation, then you may just have to determine those on your own.
