FYI - The activity report is now working but if you download the reports on 28th it will not show up on the report. I am having to pull report from our system to show that we did upload the files on 28th to be scanned with the activity report.

I still cannot get to the 314a. I am able to log in successfully, but it continues to take me back to the log in screen. I have sent emails and called since May 28th and have not heard anything back yet. Has anyone with the same issue receive any information on how to fix this?

I've have been trying to sign in to retrieve the 05/28 posting all morning. I would say more than 100 attempts and still nothing! I've been logging everything for audit purposes but what if I can't access this list?
Their help contact has never reached out after I messaged last week!!!

I only try every other day with the hopes that FinCEN will fix their problems. I used their contact site through email last week with no response, today 6/4/24 left a phone message. I assume there will be an extension on the time to reply.

I've still not been able to access the 05/28 posting. I've been including my browser history for audit purposes. I know I've tried no less than 200 times! It makes me nervous but I just keep trying, I don't know what else to do. Still no response from their help contact.
I know my Login.gov username and password work because I'm able to access BSA Efiling site with no problems!

This may not help at all, but I was able to get in using the URL below: https://fiportal.fincen.gov

We are only trying to access the 314(a) postings--we do not need to access login.gov for the BSA eFiling site. We still cannot get access. We have tried the FinCEN provided URL (loops us back to the login page after successful authentication), we have tried going directly to login.gov (opens up to my profile information with no other options). We have tried multiple browers (clearing cache & cookies), multiple devices (desktop, laptop, mobile device), attempted to connect through an alternate bank firewall, a combination of using links and directly typing the URLs into the browsers, we have deleted and reestablished our accounts, selecting alternate authentication methods, we have spoken with the GSA, which manages the login.gov site, three times, who states it is a FinCEN issue, we have left two voicemail messages for FinCEN as well as sent them two emails for assistance--all with no response.
Other than all of the avenues we have tried, does anyone have any other suggestions? We are at a loss and we do not know what else to do other than contact our federal regulator if this does not get resolved by the time the next list is published.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to let you know that I just received a response from FinCEN who, even after sending them a list of what we have tried, suggested that I might want to try using another browser (*eye roll*). They also stated that the loop back to the login page is a known issue which they are investigating and will provide an answer once the issue has been resolved. Since they never communicated they knew the issue existed to begin with, it makes me a bit skeptical about actually nforming banks of a resolution.
At least it's a bit of forward movement and the email will be saved as part of our document trail.

Apart from deleting my account, I've tried everything! I still have never received any response from FinCEN.
I still just keep getting looped back around to the login page.

Nope, didn't help. They responded to my request for help with "try a different browser." Did that. Same result. This is PATHETIC!

I did reach out to our examiner from the OCC and they stated that they were aware and trying to work with FinCEN to get information. I was forwarded guidance that they had been given which was resetting my login.gov password. But the guidance they were issued appears to be resetting your login.gov to successfully create your FinCEN ID??? I know my login.gov account works because I'm still able to access the BSA eFiling site.
The examiner also advised to document everything! I've been saving emails, browser histories, each time I get an error message, EVERYTHING! I'm still nervous I won't be able to access the list before the next posting!

I want to highlight a very valid point from wrogers22 post. You need to document this thoroughly. We have multiple emails to FinCEN and our regulatory partners. We also have this noted in our Risk Committee meeting minutes.

I submitted a help request in ALL CAP'S ( ) recommending they reinstate the old SISS site until they are able to get the issues resolved with the new one, since NONE of their suggestions had worked. Shortly thereafter I received a message back basically saying, "Your profile has been reset." And, although I did not request a profile reset, it worked, and I was FINALLY able to access the site/314(a) list. The rest of my staff still cannot access the site.

I sent a new help request on 06/07/2024 and they responded back later the same day with a link to the login.gov help page to reset my password . I submitted a new inquiry requesting they reinstate the old SISS site, maybe I'll have the same luck as you! Here's to hoping!

I tried to access 314a could not get passed the sign in, I also sent a new help request, after no response from FinCEN to my prior email and phone message. I hope someone is diligently working on getting these issues resolved. Still documenting attempts to contact FinCEN.

Our activity report shows an email address not associated with our bank. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm still not able to get pass the login page. I just keep getting redirected back. I really don't know what else to do beside keep documenting. I've got the email about the new posting, and I've still never got the 05/28 posting!

OK, I got a response from FinCEN, they told me to sign in with my bank email (the same email I had been using) still got the session timed out message, used Google to use 314a login. I was able to get in and pull 5/28/24 and 6/11/24. Holy Heck! This has been quite the nightmare. I wish everyone else luck.

I am still unable to login as well. I have done all the things and it just keeps bringing me back to the login screen. What does everyone think about reaching out to another bank to get their list?

Ah - no way. Those are confidential lists.
