If we have a radio ad that is pretty general but does list products:
Business Banking
Personal & Business Banking
Trust & Wealth Management
Commercial Lending
Mortgage Lending
And we end the advertisement with Member FDIC & EHL, do we have an issue since we list our Trust & Wealth Management services along with the other products?
The ad is 30 secs or less, so I don't believe we even need to list Member FDIC, but it has already been created.
Thoughts?
