We are completing a questionnaire for a mortgage company, that we use for our secondary market loans, that is asking the following question:
"Hiring Procedures": Lender certifies the company has written hiring procedures for checking all employees, including management, involved in the origination of mortgage loans against the GSA (General Services Administration), LDP (Limited Denials of Participation), and FHFA (Federal Housing Finance Agency) SCP lists."
Can anyone point me to where it says that we should be running new employees against these lists?
Or are these lists being checked by the NMLS Registry when we have a new employee register with the website?
