I have a dispute with multiple transactions. Visa limits the number of transactions that can be disputed per card. Is there any rule for how the bank determines which charges to dispute? I would think the highest dollar value with chargeback rights but was not sure if there was a rule for this.

We ran into the cap a few years ago on a dispute. There's no reason not to start from the highest dollar value and go down. It allows the FI to recoup the greatest amount of money and won't impact the consumer as they get reimbursed regardless (at least if the charges are fraudulent).
