I know this question was posed sometime ago; however, I didn't see a response or link to those sample letters/forms.

Does anyone have a collection/forms of Reg E Sample Error Resolution Letters? I'm not talking about Reg E disclosures, but rather response letters to varies Reg E transactions.

I'm in desperate need of a copy of those letters or forms. Would you please send me those sample letters or forms. Here is my email address:

EMAIL ADDRESSES REMOVED. PLEASE SEE POST FROM JOHN BURNETT BELOW.

Your assistance is appreciated.

use these words in a google search and you'll get quite a few examples:

reg e sample letters

Also, if you are a member of epay, the local Nacha affiliate in Texas, they likely would have samples.

James,

I would highly suggest that you contact the moderators and have them delete those e-mail addresses from your various posts on this subject. Bots are going to scan these threads, and you are going to be inundated with junk mail.

James,

I am going to remove those email addresses from your post. Anyone who wants to help James out, send him a private message through these forums, and work out with James how to get that assistance to him.
