CC on 12/3 shows the need for an appraisal re-inspection and a pricing change
ICD issued on 12/5 reflecting the pricing change
RCD issued on 12/6 reflecting the appraisal re-inspection

Since the re-inspection fee was disclosed within three days of CC is this allowed or no because not included on 12/5 disclosure?

If you knew about the re-inspection fee on 12/5, that CD was not issued in good faith.
