Someone at the bank inquired about the need to have the EHL symbol and verbiage on our HELOC Program Disclosure which is a Wolter Kluwer form generated from our lending software. It was my understanding EHL pertains to housing related advertisements, and I'm not sure the Program Disclosure requried under Reg. Z is subject to thee EHL requirements?
