Is anyone having problems initiating various regulatory reports for 2004 on PCI CRA Wiz? We always initiated reviewed worksheet F since it gave great information related to in versus outside assessment area performance. However, worksheet F is not available on 2004 and PCI support is claiming that they are awaiting the assignment of income and census tract delineations from the government. How can the free FFIEC software have this information readily available and not PCI? Has anyone encountered this with CRA Wiz or is there a way to initiate regulatory reports in a different manner?

The FFIEC is using an Estimate. The census bureau was supposed to have the final figures relating to the change in MSA definations by the end of the year but haven't come out with the data yet.

CRA Wiz does have all of the updated income information. PCi is in the process of revising the Examiner Worksheets and will be submitting them to the examining agencies for their review. What we have been waiting on is revised report formats that reflect the new HMDA data variables. As these are Gov't defined reports, it is not our decision as to how they will look with 2004 and later HMDA data. There are reports in CRA Wiz that we can help you run that will get you the same information as Worksheet F, or any of the other gov't defined tables.
