Thank you all
P.S. The gym is a great way to work out your guy frustrations. The elliptical machine is my best friend after last night

or maybe she isn't having troubles anymore.
When do you have time for the gym? I recently got a membership to curves, but now, I can't find the time to go. I have too many kids.

I have a hard time going but cardio kickboxing is perfect for frustrations of any kind. You get to punch and kick the crap out of a bag. All the headaches from work, potential boyfriends, ex husbands, nosey mothers, etc. goes away! Plus it's a great workout.

I LOVE KICK BOXING, you should still be scared of me too.
I go to Gold's Gym and they have a class called Body Pump. It's awesome and horrible at the same time. Reminds me of Basic Training when I'd get in trouble and have to do rifle physical training. Works all the different areas, but kills you when you're done. Very worth it though.
Curves is only 30 min!!!! Come on you can do it (I'll motive you). I dont like the circut training that they have, when I get on a machine i'm there for about 45 min, or until I fall off, which I have done on a treadmill---Funny stuff, dont watch the cute guys and get distracted, it will happen!!!
See it's a great way to get your mind off the scum in our lives.

My favorite line from the movie Zoolander is, "There has to be other things in life other than being ridiculously good looking, but I havent figure them out yet..." That is so true, especially for us.

Jen,
Just remember, you can tell a lot about a man by the way he treats his horse.
So, if you stick to the guys with horses . . .

I think it would be hard to be afraid of horses. My kids love them, and they are small. Dogs on the other hand, my daughter is terrified. She has the right to be, she got bit by one on her 3rd birthday.

Have you guys seen "The Ring?" There's a scene on there where some scary horse freaks out and runs off a ship. I haven't felt right about horses since then...

My daughter would love to have a horse, but I just honestly don't have the time to care for it properly (and I refuse to have a horse and not care for it properly). She has always wanted her own horse and I feel so guilty that I can't give her one because I honestly think they are a great lesson in responsibility for kids.

I'm not much into movies like "the ring". I also don't own horses, but one of my good friends has several, so her and her mom, dad, and sister take Ericka riding all the time. The cutest thing is watching her ride sheep in the rodeo. She got second place last year.

Pup..you also have to stay away from my wine or it's the blender for you muhahahahaha Kans...I had a horse as a child. I was NOT horse crazy like most girls. I'd agree any pet is a good lesson in responsability, but having a horse taught me nothing more than they are lovely sauteed in red wine and broth...

I think every child should have a pony. I honestly believe that kids can learn some of life's most valuable lessons can come from owning one as well as develop some good traits that will benefit them for years.
#1 Responsibility-the pony must be fed, brushed, and if you want it in the barn...you're cleaning out the stall #2 Determination-those little rascals are HARD to catch (even with a bucket of grain and the halter hiding behind your back) #3 Independence-(now that they're a little older) if they want to ride they catch the pony, saddle it and take off...they're free to go where ever they want (ok as long as they stay on the property) #4 Unconditional Love-no matter how mad you get at the pony for running away from you for an hour before finally giving in and letting you catch it, or no matter how many times it whacks your knee on the corner of the fence it's still a childs best friend...they will tell the pony all their secrets and it will always keep them.
and there are many more...

To add my two cents as a horse person...It is a big confidence builder for children. I know as an adult when I am training my horse and he ACTUALLY DOES IT I feel like I could conquer the world! Okay, maybe not to that extreme but it does make me feel that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.

I so totally agree Jen. The worst part is I just bought a house with a horse barn and a decent amount of land and I still have to say no to her.
