The whole shebang from dear old mom. I dod a couple things different, including using red wine vinegar and not including sesame seeds, but I will leave her words intact:
(also, I make a lot of dressing, usually multiplying her ingredients threefold across the board.
4 chicken breasts, cooked (boiled) and torn or sliced
One and a half heads of lettuces torn into bite sized pieces slivered almonds (small package) you can toast if you wish or not 1/3 cup sesame seeds 3 bunches green onions diagonally sliced small can chinese noodles (add last)
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil (she uses olive)
4 tbs. vinegar (she uses wine garlic)
4 tbs. sugar
teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Toss and serve immediately to prevent sogginess. Serves 12.

Oh yeah, also, she says serves 12 - I can eat the whole thing in a day by myself (but maybe that's why Queen Dawnie says my head is so large)

I wonder what the total carb count would be...I've never looked at the chinese noodles...but 4 tbs of sugar with that much food isn't bad.

I have flat feet, had a waiver to get in the Army. I love Nine West shoes, because I can usally find a pair that doesnt kill my feet. The new thing for this year is toe cleavage. That's where you show just a little bit of your toe.......anyone in style today ladies?

I accidentally bought a pair of open toed pantyhose. They were horrible and drove me crazy. I tossed them when I got home. I have so many shoes now that I am divorced. It's amazing.

yes! i LOVE nine west shoes! pretty much the only shoe i can wear at work since they are cute and so comfy. there's a nine west outlet about 30 minutes from my house. and yes, i have a pair of black "toe cleavage" shoes from them. my faves at the moment. today, though, i am wearign ym uncomfortable camel colored steve madden heels...again, with toe cleavage!

Wow.. you mean after getting divorced it entitles ya to more shoes... oh my goodness... I'm not married yet... hhmm.. and I've got two closets full of shoes... what happens when I marry and then divorce.. I will have a house full of shoes.. LOL... (just teasing) 
This would be the definition of HIGH MAINTENANCE!!
