Hey...I've heard that the grocery store is a great place to meet guys. But don't listen to me. Every time I try to get back in the game I fall flat on my face.

Grocery stores are good, becasue you can see if he has good taste in food. Also, try the book store, too, then you can see if he has a brain.

This time it wasn't my fault (ok...maybe I shouldn't have let him talk me into trying again...but he started it)...but I think it's a new record. From start to finish in 4 days.

Does that mean I'm back in the game?

I suppose...but as cranky as I am right now I can't imagine a guy wanting to spend time with me.

I haven't had much luck in bookstores. I spend a lot of time in them and all I ever find are those squirrly little guys with pretentious goatees.

He is a total DONKEY, and a rat b******!!!!! Dont even get me started on him.

I signed up for match.com last night. We'll see how that goes. I'm still trying to figure out a way to tell "Dad" that there is nothing there. I'm dont like being mean to nice guys.

Ang, why do you think you have to be mean? If he is a secure enough guy, there should be no problem telling him the old....You're a real nice guy and all, but frankly I'm not interested in a relationship with you. That is not mean, it's truthful.

so you're goign to try the online dating thing? haha, good luck! i did that for a few months. now, there are a few cool people out there doing the online thing, but be prepared for a lot of first dates!!! one guy i still email-- he's a navy helicopter pilot and doesnt live here anyway. anyway, i met my boyfriend online. we started emailing in january of 04, met in person in may 04, and we've been together ever since. my advice is be picky!!! and don't be afraid to base thigns off of the dude's picture. it's online dating--its ok to be shallow!

Oh, I'm very shallow, that wont be hard. I'm going to try it out for a couple months and see what happens. There were a few cute ones on there. What service did you use?

Just don't prejudge too much. For example, if his picture makes it look like his head is very large, it could just be an optical illusion, right Queens???!!!!

i used yahoo. i paid to do it one month, then realized i really didnt have to do that since i got so many emails from guys contacting me. so, if i were you, i wouldnt prepay for several months at a time- just do one. i tried match.com for a little bit. i think you can get a free 3 day pass for them to email as many guys as you want, but i think they might blurp out your email address or phone number if you try to send it through their service. i would see a lot of people try to conceal it in their messages. oh, and most guys lie about their height, which is a big deal to me since i am 5'10" without shoes.

Why should anyone believe the queen solely responsible for preventing me from looking in the mirror each and every day!

Yeah, I know, but knowing what we now know, I can't really go the attack on her right now, can I? Even a big-head guy can have a heart

Can a person lay down when they weight 550 lbs or do they get stuck in a sitting position? I guess it would depend on how the weight was distributed.
