Well I'll start up a conversation topic for this thread then, since you guys want something to talk about here  For the first time recently, I've just started talking to a girl that I met online (through myspace, browsing across people in my area). I had never done this before, but got advice from a good friend that she had met people online in the past and thought it was a great way to meet people so I gave it a try. I'm really picky so I ended up browsing through 200ish profiles before I picked one to send a message to, but now we're talking all the time and I'll probably end up going out with her this weekend, so I'll let yall know how that goes Anyone else have any experience with this?

I have a funny to add to this. I female co-worker who works at one of my branches and is older(42) told me she wanted to hook-up. I was surprised because we had never met and I couldn't figure out why she would want to do such a thing. It turns out if you are 40+ hook-up means meet, not what it means now.
Well, I'm 40+ (and dam# proud of it)...and hook-up always meant "meat" to me!

she was really embarassed, i said ask your coworkers. she was shocked to find out the truth.
