They FRB did not take up the revisions to Reg B. There was enough concern about the proposal from Congress that action was not taken.

I wish they'd slow down on revamping or completely changing laws and regs. I need a break to do audits!

Wait, wait, did Ken also leave the FDIC?? I hadn't heard that! I know that 699 people took the buyout, and a lot of the talent went out the door right there (ahem.) But there were so many people leaving it was hard to keep track of who was going, esp. for someone like me who left before the 09/30 deadline.
