They make a mess Kara, but the guest bathroom is pretty much theirs anyway. Both counters are empty (more room to splash when they scoot the little cups of water out of the sink to the counter top).

The only time I turn the water off is when I'm sleeping. First thing in the morning, if I forget to turn their water back on before I get in the shower, they both stand outside of the shower stall and whine until I put their "toy" back on.

I'm worried lately...they've figured out how to stand on the back of the toilet and push the handle to make the water in the tank fill....someday it's gonna be a mess!

Which is better than real fish, which must be fed and cleaned up after and insist on dying with great alacrity. And who knew anemones were such cranky creatures? They don't even have a brain, for gosh sakes.

Just remember when buying or selling a house: "Dogs go with the owners, cats go with the house."

You all make marriage sound wonderful, you know. Guess I'm glad I'm single.

Actually I love being married - so much so I've tried it numerous times.

I've tried it once. We'll see if it happens again.

My second marriage will officially begin in 32 days.

It is important to keep this post going or folks will think that the Friday following the General Election was not as frivolous as the previous frivolous Fridays. What could be more frivolous than General Elections? We are only up to 92 posts, well short of our previous frivolities.

That's because some banks had a holiday Monday sooooooo, they took off Friday too.

Wait until the week of Thanksgiving. The Frivolity will start on Wednesday.

I'm betting on Tuesday, some will take off Wed. and Fri. while others are working away, driving to dinner Thurs. and driving back so that they can work (or pretend to) on Fri.

Oops, that would be me this year!!! I will be off Wed. and Friday. My oldest is in college and we will be at the Egg Bowl this year. Should be very interesting.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's the Egg Bowl? Rose Bowl, Orange Bowl-- those I know. But I'm not familiar with the Egg Bowl.
