1. Frankie J/Greenday
2. Water gun fight and some dude lighting a piece of my hair on fire - last day of school/soph year
3. No kids, pickles - I could eat a jar, not that pickles are crazy but eating an entire jar is! hee
4. Whatever item I need I run to that aisle, I'm not much of a grocery shopper since I don't have time to eat at home, if I do shop I probably head to the bath aisle first for shampoo and Caress
5. Not really....they don't carry half the stuff I need
6. Partying hearty! Going to Friday's tonight and having drinks than going to my friends house for the after party and crashing at her place. Sat, practicing my volley ball game - game starts soon, Sun - spending time with my auntie and uncle.

It's available in a can. Not the easiest thing in the world to find, but if you have a British pasty shop in your neck of the woods, they probably have it.

Oh no UK, don't try that sandwich...try the Haggis. Here's a recipe:

For this, the greatest of Scots savouries, is required: a sheep's bag (stomach), and the small bag (intestines), the pluck complete (lights, liver, and heart), beef suet, onions, and oatmeal, with seasoning of salt and black pepper. Thoroughly clean the bag, and soak in cold salted water for at least twelve hours. Turn the rough side out. Wash the pluck and the small bag, cover them with cold water, an set to boil with the windpipe hanging over the side of the pot to let out impurities. Boil for an hour and a half, or two hours. Then take out, and cut away all gristle and pipes. Half the liver only will be required, grate this, and mince the heart and lights. Make a mixture of this and half a pound of minced suet, a couple of finely chopped onions, and a large cupful of previously toasted oatmeal, all well moistened with some of the liquid in which the pluck was boiled. Put the mixture into the large bag, leaving plenty of room to swell. Sew the bag securely, and put it to boil in a large pot of hot water. [censored] the bag all over with a darning needle as soon as it begins to swell, to prevent the possibility of its bursting. Boil steadily for three hours with the lid off the pot.
Serve immediately.

Five questions (and a bonus) for Friday!

1. What music have you been listenting to recently? I've gotten into "Bhangra" lately. It's a mix of Indian folk music and techno/hip hop beats. It still sounds very stongly Indian, but it is addicting. I liek the different sounds of the weird instruments in it. I've also has the Black Eyed Peas in the cd player lately.

2. Name a memorable high school moment. The first time the four of us girls drank alcohol- spring break of our senior year, huddled in a circle in our tent camping at the beach...

3. What is the craziest food your child loves? (if no kids, what is your craziest food?) Ha! NO kids! I liek black jelly beans.

4. What aisle do you immediately head for at the grocery? The frozen food section--most of the food I buy is for work for lunches, and I always have 3 Eggos with tea for breakfast at my desk.

5. Do you think shopping at mom and pop stores is "better"? why? No way, I like Albertsons cuz the price is right and i can use the self checkout. You guys have those in your part of the country? Use the auto checker thing and don't have to deal with human contact or baggers who don't knwo how to bag...?

Bonus: Weekend plans? My Chihuahua is racing in the National Chihuahua races here in San Diego. Other than that...?

*Pom camp

My eyes are kind of bad and I thought the "m" in "Pom" was really a combo of "rn". You could imagine my surpise when reading that high school memory!! Must've been some camp!

I had to look at it twice to make sure what it said. I thought our little momma bear had a secret life.
