Has anyone developed any scripting for the HMDA telephone application monitoring which is due in January of 2003? I would appreciate any help or thoughts on this matter. lyno1@nsbov.com

I'm going to suggest that the lenders read that paragraph above the monitoring information section, which is what I learned a long time ago at a seminar. The customer needs to know why we're asking and that they don't have to reply if they don't wish to. Yes, it's long but I feel necessary.
