You know, I think this is the worst crew we've ever seen. I can't believe Rock took Vinnie before Julia!

My hubby couldn't believe that either. Julia is a culinary whiz compared to Vinnie.

This is my first season to watch the show. How is the winner determined? Who chooses?

Gordon Ramsey choses basically.

Previews for next week showed Rock and Bonnie standing in front of doors. What's the significance of that?

Once the service is done, the 2 finalists stand infront of hte doors-the winners door is unlocked and they are able to walk through.

Just once, I'd love to lock both the doors for a blooper reel and watch Gordon explode. :p

Someone in our office DVR'd the episode and said when he slowed the ending down, it appeared that one of the two doors was slightly ajar. If that wasn't supposed to be shown, then he knows who wins.

Of course they could have done that on purpose, or it may not have been actual footage, just a teaser.

As we suspected the win goes to Rock.

Bonnie was all class in congratulating him - totally sincere.

I was so disappointed in Julia - my opinion of her dropped so much! She acted like a b pretty much the whole time! I understand she was bummed she wasn't in the finals - but jeeze! Get over it!

Josh sucks. Bad.

Was it just me or did that seem like the worst dinner service in a finale yet?

I completely agree, Doc. Julia lost all my respect. I can understand the emotion in going back so soon after losing, but to not give 100% is disappointing.

And yes, Josh sucks. I was just talking to a coworker and we both agree that he didn't have one good service. I am shocked he got as far as he did.

One of these years, one of the finalists is going to tell someone on their team to take off their jacket and get out of their kitchen. Rock should have done that to Josh last night, and Bonnie should have done it to Julia when she totally refused to do what she asked of her.

I really liked the way Rock ran his team. For someone who totally lost his temper over losing a challenge, he really did raise the abilities of his team.

I agree, BF. I really though Rock was going to throw Josh out.
