Nope, Max already knows he can't sing, he doesn't need three judges telling him.

In addition to those mentioned, I also liked the kid who said his influences with he chilli peppers and nirvana. they told him he had a babyface like recording voice. I can't remember his name.

I really LOVED the kickboxer/horse trainer girl. She had a great voice.
She was my favorite last night...but there were a couple that I thought sounded pretty good.

I have to admit......once again, I lost interest after the first hour. Some parts were funny and some werent. I think the guy that sang Go Down Moses or whatever was mildly slow and that is not funny. Temptress SURE should NOT have been wearing those colors. She blended right into her shirt but I was glad they were nice to her.
The one thing that I will probably get bashed for...is that I dont like when people talk on and on abotu difficult life experiences so that people will feel bad for them. Yes, it is so sad that the little girl has Rhetts but what does that have to do with whether or not her mother has talent?? They did this last year with the girl that was a single mom - cant remember her name............

I agree on the backstories - especially the 'sob' ones. Enough already. At this stage I want quick shots of the trainwrecks and decent clips of the good auditions. I really don't care whose family has bigger issues and who lives alone with 30 cats. I'll get to know the actual contestants better later in the show...for right now, bring on the freaks!
Was anyone else annoyed at how long they followed the glitter chick letting her rant? The initial reaction was funny ('actressing' *snort*) but after that it was just stupid. And the furby who got waxed? Seriously - how low will some people stoop just to get on TV?

I sort of liked the first guy, the one that lost 200 lbs. He had a nice voice.

No kidding - when he first came on the screen my thoughts were (in this order): "Wow." "He could be a model." "I'd like him to model something for me."
