Go for it, just be careful and use a mild sunscreen so you don't end up with those big, brown liver-spot looking things.
Why do you have to wade through so much crud in the Federal Register just to find the meat of the final ruling (junk about why there needed to be a ruling, comments to the proposed ruling, comments about comments some people though about commenting on, and then the part about paperwork reduction)?

If it’s a laser printer those toner fumes are poisonous. BE CAREFUL!
I have a Twinkie from July 2005 in my desk drawer (it got shoved to the back and became an odd science experiment when I found it some time later). Why hasn’t it turned green and nasty? Should they embalm people with whatever Twinkies are made out of?

I prefer to be embalmed with vodka. I've already started the process.
What should I think about this dream: I'm starting to light candles because it's 5:30 on Sunday and that's just waht I do, when I find out that all the lighters are missing because the SO moves them all the time, and then I find matches but by that time all the candles are empty...just wax shells. So, I decide I'll instead light a fire in the chiminea using the empty candles as fuel only to find out that the door is locked from the outside and I'm stuck inside with the dogs that need to pee. And I have to pee, too.
