Management who doesn't seem to understand how much work we have - even though we document and spell it out for them - and refuse to hire the help we need. YES we COULD work 24/7 and get it all done but then we have FAMILIES who need us!!!!!! ARGGGGHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Yes, I'm OK. I probably encounter situations like this a couple times a week, on average. I've only ever actually been hit once; it just pi$$es me off when drivers aren't paying attention and I see the bumper closing in on my legs... Sometimes I wish I had a little airhorn I could walk around with and blow it at these [censored]holes.
