I really love bacon. Growing up, I'd take the bacon off my sister's plate. My mom had to start making more bacon just for me. And in college I'd eat a plate-ful every morning. It's just truly lovely and I couldn't imagine a life without bacon. BB, how are you not fat? I hope your little arteries are ok  I really like bacon...mmmm, like a good BLT. How do you cook your bacon? I love it cooked in the oven, so the fat drips off as it cooks and you end up with crisp, melt in your mouth bacon. Usually just cook it for myself though, so I do it in the toaster over
