OFAC updates Russia-related General License

OFAC has announced it has issued Russia-related General License 13C, "Authorizing Certain Administrative Transactions Prohibited by Directive 4 under Executive Order 14024."

This General License replaces and supersedes General License 13B in its entirety. It extends the authority under the General License through 12:10 a.m. EST, March 7, 2023.
