Venezuela-related general licenses and FAQs

OFAC has issued Venezuela-related General License 3I, General License 5M, General License 9H, General License 43, General License 44 and General License 45.
OFAC also issued two new Venezuela-related Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs 1136, 1137), amending four related FAQs (FAQs 595, 661, 662 and 629), and published a related document "Frequently Asked Questions Related to the Suspension of Certain U.S. Sanctions with Respect to Venezuela on October 18, 2023."
